Dave Koester
Dave Koester, principal broker and owner, offers assistance with sales, acquisitions and leasing.

Full time Licensed Realtor since 1993. Dave is consistently in the top 5% of Realtors in Eugene for Closed Sales.

Born in Juneau Alaska,
moved to Eugene Oregon in 1986 as a Freshman at the University of Oregon. Raised and raising four kids age 21,20,18 & 16. Proud of all of them. Married to Pam Haggard; a fantastic Real Estate broker, wife and mom.

Dave enjoys flying small aircraft (currently owns two, one small experimental plane and a Cessna). He is currently considering an airplane that can land on water. Other hobbies include off-shore sailing (Dave and Pam brought their Steel Cutter back from Hawaii in the Summer of 05), skiing, gardening (or trying to garden; really), playing mediocre guitar backed up by a voice of the same quality.
